We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Our price list does not constitute an offer, quotation or estimate. Discounts are entirely at our discretion.

VAT:

All prices are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) at the current standard rate.

Delivery (UK Mainland only)

Delivery is not included in the price; however delivery can be arranged at cost via first class mail or courier service.

Ownership:

All goods remain the property of Reptile Connection until paid for in full.

Defective goods/returns:

Any item found to be unsatisfactory on arrival must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. Exchanges or credits will not be considered after this time. Livestock is guaranteed for 48 hours after receipt.
